About me

Hi, I’m Megan Wilkes, a small business consultant with a creative streak and a deep love for figuring things out.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries, helping both new and established businesses get organized, solve problems, and grow with intention. My experience spans everything from brand development and team training to process improvement and strategic planning. I’m especially drawn to working with entrepreneurs who are bootstrapping something meaningful, people who are doing a lot with a little and need someone to help carry the load.

My background combines interior design and international business, which means I think about how things work and how they feel. I bring both structure and soul to the table making sure businesses not only run well but also reflect the people behind them.

Outside of consulting, I’m usually running around with my two kids, caring for our animals on our small island farm, or planning Disney vacations through my travel business (yes, I’m a Disney Adult). These personal projects keep me grounded and remind me why thoughtful, well-run businesses matter so much in real life.
