Under her leadership, Emporium Pies flourished and established itself as a beloved brand in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex with 5 locations, nationwide shipping and 100+ employees. Today, it continues to delight customers with its delicious offerings and exceptional service, maintaining a strong presence in the community

Internet Cafe 2

Internet Cafe 2 was a unique blend of business and art, primarily operating as a coffee shop and a hotspot for influencers. This year-long installation breathed new life into an abandoned building, transforming it into a vibrant, leasable space post-project.

Sidestack Records

Sidestack Records, a charming record store nestled on Vashon Island, opened its doors in 2024. Megan dedicated a full year to consulting with them, focusing on refining their inventory systems, enhancing human resources protocols, and streamlining day-to-day operations. Her efforts didn't stop there; she also took on the task of hiring and training a manager to ensure the business was set up for success. With Megan's guidance, Sidestack Records is well-positioned to thrive in the vibrant community of Vashon Island.

Glass Optical

Glass Optical is a unique optical shop in Oak Cliff, South Dallas, founded in 2014 by Megan's husband and father-in-law. Megan was instrumental in its launch, managing brand development, operations, and interior design. The shop quickly became popular for its personalized service and curated eyewear selection. Sold in 2017, it continues to thrive under new ownership, maintaining its reputation for quality and style.
